1) 3 whole eggs
2) few deli chicken/turkey slices or/and ham slices
3) few pieces of dry red chili (4-5)
4) fresh cut vegetable pieces
5) powdered bacon / cut bacon into small pieces
6) salt and pepper
7) garam masala
Steps:
Beat 3 eggs with salt and pepper in a glass. Heat oil (optional - to prevent stickiness and for taste) in a kadai or skillet. Put in chopped fresh vegetables (contents of a salad kit can be used). Add deli slices of turkey, chicken and/or ham (after tearing them into smaller pieces by hand). Saute lightly. Add in the beaten egg. Put in a few pieces of red chili and powdered bacon. Scramble the eggs along with the other contents. Add garam masala to taste (a pinch should do). Add more salt and pepper as well to taste. Enjoy the dish by itself or along with bread/chapathis/rice.
